Which products do you sell in cylinders?
100% n-butane in 120 lb cylinders, a 70/30 n-butane/propane blend (110 lb fill), and custom blends upon request. 100% n-butane · 70/30 and custom blends.
Can you make a custom blend?
Yes, upon request. Common ratios include 60/40 and 80/20 n-butane/propane. Choose "Custom blend" on the quote form and tell us the ratio.
How much can you supply?
Our monthly output is 5,000 cylinders, so we can keep high-volume buyers on a regular schedule.
What's the minimum order?
One pallet: nine cylinders.
How long does delivery take?
2 to 8 days, depending on where the pallet is going.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We deliver pallets across the US and Canada. Quotes are in USD.
Do I get a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes, upon request. Ask for it when you order and we'll send it with your shipment.
How does the cylinder exchange work?
Your first pallet arrives full. When you reorder, your empty cylinders go back with the delivery of your next pallet. More on the exchange.
How pure is the 100% n-butane?
Our latest lab test (lot 05/14-30/2D, AIM Laboratory) measured 99.68% n-butane by weight. Sulfur, moisture, olefins, alcohols, metals and BTEX were all below detection limits. View the lab report (PDF).
Why aren't prices listed?
Delivered cost depends on product, volume and where the pallet ships, so every order gets its own quote.
Do you offer private-label cans?
Yes. We fill and label cans under your brand. Private-label cans.
